Establishment of a specialized subsidiary to provide enhanced support

In October 2017, TKC established the TKC Customer Support Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary specializing in providing help desk services. At the same time, the number of help desk service staff was dramatically increased to further enhance the support operations for customers using TKC systems (tax consulting firms and their clients including SMEs, medium- and large-sized companies and local governments).
