To allow employees to concentrate on their work and live with peace of mind, TKC and the Employees Mutual Aid Association are committed to health and productivity management by offering the following programs to support both work and lifestyle needs. In recognition of this initiative, TKC has been selected as a 2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category).

Programs to support the development of employees and work-life balance

Program for supporting personal purchases of books

Under this program, TKC bears the cost of purchasing books that are deemed useful for the personal development of employees (up to 100,000-300,000 yen per year, depending on job position).

Program for awarding prize money for acquiring qualifications

This program awards prize money to employees who successfully acquire qualifications required for their work (such as Grade 2 of the Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping, information technology engineer certification, etc.).

Program for housing assistance

This program provides a dormitory for single employees, company housing for married employees, and offers a housing allowance. In addition, a program that provides assistance for the purchase of housing is also available.

Programs for childcare (nursing care) leave and shorter working hours

Programs for leave and shorter working hours in excess of statutory requirements are available to support employees in striking a balance between work and their childcare (nursing care) needs.

Support programs offered by the Employees Mutual Aid Association

Assistance for medical expenses

This program fully reimburses any medical expenses incurred when undergoing treatment for illness at a medical institution (for treatments covered by health insurance).

Support for attending correspondence courses

To support the personal development of employees, the Employees Mutual Aid Association provides loans for the necessary funding required for attending correspondence courses, etc.
